Yoga for Kids

Hello! Welcome to nuxcrew yoga for kids. In this program, we bring you three different classes that you can share with the children in your life. The series lasts for three weeks. A new class is unlocked at the start of each week. You will have access to prior classes throughout the three weeks. Please pick today as the start day if you want immediate access. Combining movement, breath work and fun, we want to help you get your children or students moving and feeling good. This program runs for three sessions and you have one week to complete each class.
