Our lives are busy and many hours are spent at a desk or sitting. Join nuxcrew to learn some simple modified yoga movements you can do at your desk, on a couch or even on an airplane. A new class is unlocked at the start of each week. You will have access to prior classes throughout the four weeks. Please pick today as the start day if you want immediate access. Please have a comfortable seat to sit in, such as a desk chair, bench, couch or other stable sitting surface that will support your movement. Each class is approximately 30 minutes long.
