This is a slow flow class that focuses on stretching and breathing. The series lasts for four weeks. A new class is unlocked at the start of each week. You will have access to prior classes throughout the four weeks. Please pick today as the start day if you want immediate access. In this yoga series, we hold poses longer and use lots of blankets and pillows to feel supported and grounded. No yoga experience necessary. Please have space to move. We recommend a yoga mat, blankets and/or yoga bolster, along with a yoga strap or towel. Each class is approximately 45 minutes long.
