Yoga for Tweens and Teens

This course supports tweens and teens learn more about how their body feels and moves. Using fun yoga movements, this class gets participants moving and feeling good. Each class has a specific focus on connecting their mind and body, to help them use their breath to stay relaxed and calm even in the most difficult of yoga poses. They can take this off the mat as they work through stressful situations that life brings, helping them feel centered and in control.
